We are looking for special tenants to live in a roomy 2-bedroom, 1-bath unfurnished home with a
1-car garage on our private nature preserve just one mile from Turnpike Exit 285 in Clermont/Groveland.  There are only two houses on this one-of-a-kind 50-acre property that includes a 12-acre lake.

Prospective tenants must love nature and a naturist lifestyle.

This home is only appropriate for respectful, self-contained individuals who appreciate quiet and prefer to be surrounded by wildlife and plants more than other people.
This is NOT a party setting

Let go of work-related stress as you take the dirt road home

Enter the house through a covered walkway that leads to the tiled dining area.

The den/dining area is bright and roomy with great views of the piney woods

The kitchen, a few steps up from the den/dining room, has tiled counters, plenty of cabinets and a pantry.  Appliances include a full size fridge, glass-top stove and oven.

The living room faces north with incredible views of private Hour Lake.

Tinted windows in the master bedroom provide more views while reducing excess heat from the sun

The tiled walk-in closet in the master bedroom is HUGE!

The bathroom and shower/tub combination are also tiled.

A tiled indoor laundry room is located off the master bedroom with a doorway leading to the outside shower where you can watch bamboo sway in the breeze while you lather up and wash your hair...

Please note: We are unable to rent to people who smoke, even if they only smoke outside. No pets, no ATVs, motorbikes or motorboats allowed on property. 

The electric company is SECO. DSL is provided through Century Link. Dish Network or Direct TV for satellite (cable is not available). Excellent well water and weekly trash service are included in rent.

Rental requirements include proof of employment history, background check ($30 fee) along with a completed application (no application fee) and move-in amount of $3600 (first, last and 1 month security deposit.)

Because this house is located in such a private, tucked-away setting, it is not available to drive by without an appointment.
