We are looking for special tenants to live in a roomy 2-bedroom (plus office), 1-bath home with a 1-car garage on our private nature preserve just one mile from Turnpike Exit 285 in Clermont/Groveland.  There are only two houses on this one-of-a-kind 50-acre property that includes a 12-acre lake.

Prospective tenants must love nature and a naturist lifestyle. This is a great location for people who appreciate quiet and prefer to be surrounded by wildlife and plants more than other people.

Let go of work-related stress as you take the dirt road home

Enter the house through a covered walkway that lead to the tiled dining area.

The kitchen, a few steps up from the den/dining room, has tiled counters, plenty of cabinets and a pantry.  Appliances include a full size fridge, 5-burner glass-top stove, oven, dishwasher and garbage disposal.
